A document is prepared in advice of meeting with your company representative. We make preliminary inquiries regarding any restrictions on fly zones in your area and any other safety concerns we may have.
An on site survey allows us to assess the risks involved and make our pre flight preparations. We made need to involve & inform staff, make applications to aviation authorities before surveys can be carried out.
A detailed Risk Assessment is conducted by us during our on site visitation. This allows us to time to discuss your survey needs and make preparation for the survey itself. This may involve you informing staff members of the time and place the survey will be carried out and any instructions to be carried out on the day. A full set of RAMS will be provided and agreed before each survey.
Each report is a detailed account of the inspection requested & comes in both PDF and video format. A real-time video-link can be provided during the inspection. All footage is owned by you and deleted from our archives as per our data deletion policy.
